SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We take the delivery of your order extremely seriously and as such we work very closely with our couriers, UKMail; part of DHL.
We offer full traceability for your orders from point of shipping through to delivery. You will receive an email as soon as we ship your orders from our Warehouse, showing you when you can expect delivery of your order and a link through to the tracking system where you will be able to see the progress of your delivery.
Of course, if you have any questions regarding the delivery of your order, you can contact our aftersales department at email@example.com between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) or 9am till 1pm on Saturday for assistance.
Orders can be despatched to your home or work place and unless you have paid for a special timed delivery, your order will delivered on a weekday (Monday – Friday) between 8.00am to 8.00pm. All deliveries will require a signature. We dispatch orders on weekdays only, except on Bank Holidays.
We do not offer a collection from depot service and our recommendation is that you ensure someone is available to sign for your orders. If nobody is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions, for example: "Door entry code 1234".

Delivery to PO Boxes
Due to new restrictions on size of parcels, we regret we are no longer able to deliver to PO BOX addresses.
